Located within a pedestrian area of downtown Cairo in the tree-lined alleyway of El Sharifeen Street is Karim Francis Gallery, one of the first galleries of its kind in Cairo and a unique venue where sculptures and paintings are exhibited. Francis is one of Cairo's more influential curators. The Gallery, apart from promoting, supporting and encouraging the achievements of renowned Egyptian artists, also aims to highlight contemporary Egyptian artists, in a variety of styles and mediums.
