Located on the eastern side of Cape Peninsula, False Bay is a popular spot for swimming. It provides some of the best beaches in South Africa, which are patrolled by an active Shark Spotting service for keeping swimmers safe. The Southern Whale can often be seen in the False Bay during the whale season.
