Located on Shortmarket Street, On Broadway Theatre was opened in 1997. It hosts various events like comedy, cabaret as well as modern dance and musical concerts. Many well-known South African Artists like Dowwe Dolla, Kurt Schoonraad, Cokey Falkow, Elzabe Zietsman and Pieter-Dirk Uys have performed here on many occasions. The theatre also has a great bar and restaurant which serves delicious meals.
