Originally created in 1650s by the region's first European settlers, The Company's Garden is a large public park and a botanical garden. Based in the heart of Cape Town, the park houses a rose garden, a Japanese garden, aviary and a fish pond. With the tree-line avenue, benches and resident squirrels, the park make a best places for strolling as well as picnicking or relaxing.
