Hong Kong Railway Museum, based in Tai Po, is an open-air museum built using traditional Chinese architectural in 1913 which was later transformed into a museum in 1985. The permanent exhibitions include samples of track, photographs, old coaches as well as full-size model of an electric train compartment. Explore the history of the Hong Kong railways in the education corner through interactive displays and the railway logos as well as profiles of future MTR extensions in the new attractions corner.
