Huangpu Park is a historic park located on the northern end of the scenic Bund, and is the oldest and smallest park of the city. This is the China's first ever public park known for once having the sign 'No Chinese, No Dogs allowed'. The park is now a modern memorial, with the building of the Monument to the People's Heroes above it and a Bund history museum underground. The park is bustling with activities like early morning Tai Chi, card games, fun dancing and more.
