Built around the 20th century and highly influenced by the Edwardian and Gothic architecture, the picturesque Hibiya Park is the first Western-style park in Tokyo. Located in the heart of Tokyo, not far from Kasumigaseki and the Imperial Palace Gardens, this leafy park is full of well-maintained gardens, fountains, ponds and forested areas. It also houses a range of facilities, including Hibiya Public Hall, Hibiya Library and open-air concert halls. The 40-acre park features a wide variety of Western art donated by various nations, much of which has a dark gothic feel.
