Built in 1829, Wat Bowonniwet Vihara Rajavaravihara is a major Buddhist temple located in Phra Nakhon district. It has been a temple of patronage for kings of the Chakri dynasty. There is the Sukhothai-era bronze Phra Phuttha Chinnasee Buddha image enshrined in the ubosot. The halls of this amazing Buddhist temple are also decorated with the paintings by Khrua In Khong who was the famous painter in Thailand.
