Explore the amazing history of aviation of Adelaide as well as South Australia in the Australian Aviation Museum established in 1984. Housing unique historical collections of aviation like 10 aircrafts, 20 engines and 6 rockets, it also features history of early aviators in the region. Special activities in the museum include firing up the stationery aircraft engines for public to view. The museum has an accreditation to History Trust of South Australia, making it one of the six museums in state for holding the accreditation.
