Established in 1895 to celebrate the rail line reaching southern Sydney, the Como Pleasure Grounds is a popular park that contains a playground, picnic tables, barbecue areas, as well as a walking path and a bike path.These beautiful grounds provide great panoramic views of the Georges River and there's a marina where visitors can hire small motor boats to explore the Georges River. The park is very popular for wedding ceremonies and other events.
