The Charles Dickens Museum is located at 48 Doughty Street in Holborn, London Borough of Camden, England. It features a Georgian terraced house which was considered as Charles Dickens' home from the period of 25th March 1837 till December 1839. This particular Museum is governed by an independent Trust and it is registered charity (No. 212127). Scattered over four floors, this Museum possesses the world's most unique collection of manuscripts, paintings, original furniture, rare editions and other important items relating to the work and life of Dickens.
