Description:
Being the largest theatre in 18th Century, Her Majesty's Theatre was rebuilt in to the existing theatre. The present building was designed by C.J Phipps and constructed in 1897 for the actor-manager Herbert Beerbohm Tree. Since 1986, Her Majesty’s Theatre has been home to the most-successful musical of all time, The Phantom of the Opera.
