Housed in an extra ordinary building by Jean Nouvel, Musée du Quai Branly is based in the 7th arrondissements near the Eiffel Tower. Also known as Quai Branly Museum, this museum features the non-western art works including a collection of artifacts from the indigenous non-European cultures. There are three sections in the museum displaying three different collections including the musical instruments collection, the history collection and the textile collection. Visitors can also stroll in the garden surrounding the museum which includes traditional as well as exotic plants.
The opening hours of the museum are 11:00 to 19:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday, 11:00 to 21:00 Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
