Schloss Pfaueninsel is a pleasure palace built in the late of 19th century. It is also called as Peacock Island Palace which is made from Prussian woods. The building was built as a romantic place and though it seems to have stone walls it is all wood. The Schloss Pfaueninsel Palace was built by King Frederick William II at the request of his mistress.
