Founded in 1879, Museum für Völkerkunde is one of the largest ethnographic museums in Europe and sees itself as a meeting place for the people of all cultures. With its style of late Art Nouveau architecture as well as ornaments and sculptures, the museum has become a popular attraction for the tourists.
