Formerly the Institute and Museum of the History of Science, the museum was found in 1927 by University of Florence. Located in a beautiful setting along the River Arno, science lovers would find a paradise in Galileo Museum. Among its great science collections, Galileo’s middle finger preserved from his remains is a significant collection to see. Apparently, the museum showcases many spectacular artifacts from 15th to 19th century.
