City: Milan
Description:

Housed in an Olivetan monastery built in the 16th century, the National Museum of Science and Technology 'Leonardo da Vinci' is the largest science and technology museum in Italy, with its 40,000 square meters of extension. Exhibits in the museum range from models that test Leonardo's far-fetched designs to astronomy, electricity, or clock and guitar-making. It also has the largest collection of car models in the world which are made from the drawings by Leonardo. Aside the exhibition space featuring models by a series of drawings on his fields of interest, there's a workshop where visitors can actually use some interactive models to understand how it works and experience the artistic techniques used in Renaissance.
