Description:
A beautiful park in the center of the city, the Parco delle Basiliche or the Park of the Basilicas is so named for its proximity to the Basilica of San Lorenzo and the Basilica of Sant'Eustorgio. Until 1840, the square was used for public hangings of condemned commoners. It offers three play areas equipped rooms, a volleyball court and two enclosures reserved for dogs. Even if the park is not a 'must-see' it's certainly worth a glance.
