Pangea Guides

Called as National Museum of the Middle Ages in English, Museo Nazionale dell'Alto Medioevo is an archaeological museum dedicated to Middle Ages. Consisting of 8 rooms, it features archaeological materials from the period between late antiquity and the Middle Ages. The museum has some finds of Late Antique along with three emperors marble of the fourth as well as fifth centuries, and various exhibits that talk about daily life of the period. It also introduces the Carolingian period with many ceramic and marble objects.
