The Santa Prassede is a church located at Via di S. Prassede, leaving Santa Maria Maggiore walk very briefly down Via Merulana and take first right. It is accessed by a side entrance straight ahead of you. The Santa Prassede church has fantastic Byzantine mosaics and some other interesting artwork which should not be missed.
