City: Rome
Description: The street is named after the Palazzo del Governo Vecchio, the seat of the Papal government in the seventeenth and eighteenth century. It was part of the Via papalis which connected Lateran and St. Peter's houses near 104 and 106 date to the fifteenth century. And there are also some houses from the sixteenth century. The Palazzo del Governo Vecchio is situated just opposite.
