Museo Panteón de Goya, housed in San Antonio de la Florida chapel, at the foot of the presbytery is a one of the gems of Madrid dedicated to the works of renowned Spanish artist Francisco de Goya. This museum was a small chapel where Goya used to create magnificent paintings. The work of Goya is displayed in the church including the fresco paintings on the dome and the angels on the ceiling of the church. Also called as Ermita de San Antonio de la Florida, the museum has been declared a national monument in 1905 and is worth seeing, especially for art lovers.
