This building is the site of the ancient local silk trade. It is also a UNESCO landmark and has recently been refurbished. Some of the gargoyles are quite naughty. The Llotja was built during 1482 and 1548; moreover it is one of the foremost tourists’ places of interest in the city. This building is considered as an altogether outstanding model of a secular building in late Gothic style.
