Ile Notre Dame is one of two islands in the middle of the St Lawrence River that includes a lake and a small man-made beach, making it a popular recreation destination. It's really a fun place to be, quite noisy during Grand Prix and filled with families during summer. There are lots of activities here including a playground, volleyball and watercraft rentals.
