This is a small public square, dedicated to Sun Yat Sen, the revered founder of modern China, which is the natural meeting place for the Chinese community in Montreal. There are also murals on the north and east walls that are made of grey slate. Also at the square is a pavilion selling typical Chinatown tourist souvenirs.
