Opened in 1980, the Acuario Mazatlán is one of the largest and best aquariums in Mexico. It features more than 200 species of fish including eels, sharks and sea horses. The aquarium also hosts three shows such as a diving exhibition, bird show and lion show. Acuario Mazatlán also has a botanical garden which features over 75 species from all over the world.
