Museo Franz Mayer or Franz Mayer Museum houses Latin America's largest collection of decorative arts. Most of the objects here include the largest collection of Franz Mayer which he collected over the course of fifty years. Museum's collection includes ceramics, silverwork, furniture, fine arts, textiles and decorations of pre-Hispanic style. The museum also displays the European and Mexican painting together. European works date back from 14th centuries, whereas the Spain works are from 14th century to 20th century.
