Being famous for housing largest and finest collection of artists in Hawaii, the museum inspires artistic excellence and also honors all the brilliant artists. Located on the second floor of No. 1 Capitol District Building, the museum together consists of 3 galleries and also a place for temporary exhibitions. It houses extensive Hawaii art collections on a permanent basis and depicts the combination of ethnic as well as cultural traditions of the place. Around 132 artworks of more than 100 artists are on display in the museum.
