Also known as MoCA, the museum is located in the heart of downtown, Miami. The museum houses number of permanent collections along with holding temporary exhibitions. Opened in Febraury 1996, the museum is home to artists of south Florida for showcasing their artworks. This collecting museum provides platform for emerging artists to showcase their work to the public. Contemporary art is made available to the audiences from different corners of the world through the Museum of Contemporary art.
