Based in Central Business District, Southern Food & Beverage Museum is a non-profit museum that allows the visitors to learn and understand the South food. The museum includes exhibits that are mainly emphasized on Creole and Cajun foods including the boudin and it preparation history, tips on building a good muffeletta sandwich, fishing and wetlands, on barbecue and corn and much more. The museum also hosts temporary exhibitions, demonstrations, lectures and tastings to display the food and drinks of the South.
