City: New York
Description:

A former United States Army Facility on Staten Island is now home to cricket, soccer, baseball and softball fields, as well as playgrounds and picnic area. Named after Captain James Ely Miller, commanding officer of the 95th Aero Squadron in the Air Service of the AEF, who was the first American aviator killed in combat in France during World War I, this park is a great escape to nature.
