It was erected in 1970, this ornate dragon-crested gate, marks the southern entrance to Chinatown. The Chinatown Gate is lies at Grant Ave (Grant Ave and Bush St). The Gateway is inscribed with the saying "All under heaven is for the good of the people," by Dr. Sun Yat-sen.
