Built by the ancient Egyptians in 1906 for the Goddess Isis, Philae Temple is one of the beautiful and magnificent temples built on the Philae Island. Being the main temple of the island, it boasts huge, complete pylons and beautiful scenes. Explore the oldest remains of the temple dating back to the reign of King Taharqa, who built the first chapel for the Goddess Isis.
