A 5-minute walk from the Umegaoka station on the Odakyu line, there's this public park where kids can play freely with Play Park facility. Beside the sport facilities including tennis and baseball, there is a Japanese tearoom called Nichigetsuan. Also the famous plum tree festival called Plum Blossom Festival is held here from the mid-February to March, which is celebrated to mark the beginning of spring season. This is one of very popular events in Tokyo where 650 plum trees attribute in creating a beautiful atmosphere and a sweet pleasurable fragrance throughout the park.
