It is the tallest building in Penang, which provides a spectacular panoramic view of the island's northeastern region. A classic tourist trap, complete with a mediocre Halal restaurant and a souvenir shop. Aside from the view, there's also an ongoing photography exhibition on local attractions and events festivals.
