The viewing deck at 276m provides great city views, and you'll be a few meters higher than the Twin Towers since the tower is built on a hill. Constructed in March 1995, main feature of the tower is it serves of great use for communication purpose. As it is built on a hilltop, its observation deck is higher than the twin towers. It also serves for broadcasting purpose for numerous organizations.
