The Melaka Sultanate Palace houses the Melaka Cultural Museum. The palace is a replica of Melaka Sultan's palace known as Istana. The museum's collections represent the history and cultural heritage of Malay Sultanate of Melaka as well as various other communities which came and settled in Malacca during 15th century. The exhibits include artifacts, prints, drawings, photographs, Model of the Sultan Mansur Shah Palace, Malay traditional wedding dress, jewelries and much more.
