Situated at the top of Bukit Chandu, Reflections at Bukit Chandu is a World War II interpretative centre opened by Dr. Tony Tan. The focus of the museum is on the 1st and 2nd Battalions of Malay Regiment who fought bravely to defend the hill against Japanese in the Battle of Pasir Panjang in 1942. The exhibition gallery covers the history of World War II in Malaya detailing British strategy plans for defending Singapore and Japan’s invasion plans. There are exhibits of maps, photographs and various artifacts of the war.
