Bank of Thailand Museum is housed in the Bang Khun Prom Palace which served as a home of HRH Prince Paribatra Sukhumbhand. This museum is dedicated to Thai currency. The museum has 14 rooms most of which show the history of Thai currency as well as Bank of Thailand. It features ancient coins which date back to the prehistoric era, Thai flat coins, evolution of Thai paper money, commemorative gold coins, nickel coins, silver coins and much more.
