Being a landmark tower of city of Antalya, Hidirlik Tower is a tawny stone tower situated in southern part of the city where land and sea meets. Serving a panoramic view of Gulf of Antalya, it is said to be built in 2nd century CE and later, in the same century, was reconstructed to a circular tower. According to its appearance and location, it is said that it was been used as a fortification or a lighthouse.
