Located on the banks of Brisbane River, Queensland Maritime Museum is one the best museums in Australia. It features collections of historical maritime artifacts, photographs, documents and books. The collections are distributed under the categories of Lighthouses, Navigation, Marine Engines, Ship Models, Dry Dock and Vessels. The museum also has a library which features documents, pictures as well as various other artifacts relating to maritime history.
