City: Byron Bay
Description:

Stands on the most easterly point of the Australian mainland, is the Australia's most powerful lighthouse, the Byron Bay Lighthouse, which is built in the style used by NSW colonial architect, James Barnet. His successor Charles Harding prepared the plans for the Byron Lighthouse. The lighthouse is a must-see for all visitors to Byron Bay, which not only ensures stunning views, but also allows visitors to watch dolphins and turtles, sometimes whales, and may be pretty wallabies.
