Pangea Guides

Located in St Kilda, the award-winning Jewish Museum of Australia showcases the rich history and diverse culture of the Jewish people with a particular focus on Australian Jewish life, both past and present. It aims to develop a society that remembers and embraces cultural diversity and difference, in which Jews feel connected to their heritage. The collection comprises of objects of religious, cultural, historical and artistic significance, encompassing Jewish life and history. Permanent exhibitions in the museum include the Australian Jewish History Gallery, the Timeline of Jewish History, Belief and Ritual, the Jewish Year, and Kalman Katz Coin Collection.
