The Chauvel is more like an old country town cinema with outstanding interiors; the old fully sprung floor and the vaulted ceiling in Cinema One create their very own atmosphere. It's a great place to watch a local film and from its early years on, this has been a meeting point for film enthusiasts. For more than 30 years, this beloved cinema has lived in the former Paddington Town Hall ballroom.
