Port Hacking is the downstream reach of the Hacking River, which flows into Bate Bay. The Port Hacking River lies along the southern boundary of the Sutherland Shire, and separates it from the National Park. It's a clean waterway and perfect for swimming, and there are enclosures for swimming along the waterway.
