Parc Montsouris, based on Rive Gauche is the second largest public park in Paris comprising of haven of color and peace in the already green, primarily residential south Paris. The park highlights a lovely open green space that is suitable for walking, jogging or simply relaxing in the sun. Visitors can also enjoy bird watching since the lake here attracts many migratory birds. Children can play on the grounds, go for pony rides or watch the puppet show in the puppet theatre housed in the park.
