Städtische Galerie Liebieghaus is a sculpture museum housed in the 19th-century villa known as Liebieghaus. The collections of this museum are considered as one of the most important in Europe. It represents the Middle Ages, classicism, Classicist pieces, the baroque as well as works from the Far East. Some of the major exhibits include Apollo Belvedere, Ariadne on the Panther, Holy Trinity, Athena of Myron and Mary Immaculate.
