Once a sailing ship that is permanently moored as a museum, Rickmer Rickmers stands near the Cap San Diego. Named after a Bremerhaven shipbuilder, Rickmer Clasen Rickmers and the leader of Soviet-German expedition, Willi Rickmer Rickmers, the ship serves as the floating landmark of Hamburg. The museum depicts the Portuguese maritime history through the old photograph displaying the history of Rickmer Rickmers and lovely restored quarters of the crew and captains revealing the sailor's life.
