The brewery of the world famous Hofbräuhaus. Originally, the beer was brewed at their beer hall in the city center. When the brewery grew too big they first moved to Wiener Platz in Haidhausen (where Hofbräu beer garden now is) and finally to Riem. This very modern brewing facility was opened in 1988 and should be on the schedule of a dedicated beer aficionado.
