The Westpark in Munich is a large urban park covering an area of about 720,000 m². It has been divided into an eastern and western section by Garmischer Straße. The park features various Asian gardens and structures. It has a rose garden which is made up of over 20,000 roses of about 500 different species. Westpark also features a beer garden and a stage area which is used to host open air movie screenings, theater shows and live music during summer season.
